Head of Susman Godfrey’s Los Angeles office, Marc Seltzer has been recognized by California legal publication, the Daily Journal, as a Top Antitrust Lawyer in California. Seltzer has been recognized several times by the publication for his achievements —including being named one of California’s “Top 30 Plaintiff Lawyers” and being named to its “Top 100 Lawyers” list.
Seltzer is responsible for leading the firm’s work on some of the country’s most noteworthy antitrust suits such as In re Auto Parts Antitrust Litigation, in which settlements have exceeded $1.2 billion to date. Currently, Seltzer serves as co-lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the national multidistrict litigation In re National Football League’s “Sunday Ticket” Antitrust Litigation and he heads up a Susman Godfrey trial team in Moehrl v. National Association of Realtors, a case challenging real estate brokerage practices where the firm was recently appointed by the Court to serve as co-lead counsel for plaintiffs.
