Overview
Ms. Keller has enjoyed a varied civil litigation practice, representing clients involved in disputes ranging from premises and products liability defense, to commercial/contract disputes, securities and commodities litigation, antitrust actions, class actions, derivative litigation, and trademark infringement. She has practiced extensively in both state and federal courts and has tried cases to verdicts in both court systems.

Notable Representations
- Obtained a favorable opinion from the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in an action to enjoin trademark infringement. Pennzoil-Quaker State Co. v. Miller Oil & Gas Operations, 779 F.3d 290 (5th Cir. 2015).
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey. - Obtained order affirming summary judgment granted in a products case after exclusion of the plaintiffs’ tire expert. Jones v. Pennzoil-Quaker State, Co., No. 14-10-00703-CV, 2011 Tex. App. LEXIS 7423 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] Sept. 13, 2011).
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey. - Obtained a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff in an action arising from the sale of a business.
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey. - Obtained a jury verdict in favor of an individual defendant in a securities fraud action.
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey. - Obtained a jury verdict in favor of a corporation in a breach of contract action.
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey. - Obtained an arbitration award in favor of the plaintiff in an AAA proceeding.
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey. - Defended a physicians’ practice group in a whistle-blower action in which the jury returned a verdict in favor of the group.
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey. - Obtained a dismissal on behalf of an energy company in a federal court suit in which plaintiffs alleged price manipulation under the Commodity Exchange Act. In re Energy Transfer Ptnrs. Natural Gas Litig., 4:07-cv-3349, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 75859 (S.D. Tex. Aug. 26, 2009).
