Overview
Jerry joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge Danny J. Boggs on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. During law school, Jerry served as Managing Editor of the Texas Law Review and as a Student Attorney for the Criminal Defense Clinic. He graduated with honors and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Before law school, Jerry taught high school English, Biology, and Special Education in the Bronx through Teach for America and earned a master’s degree in Education from Hunter College. As an undergraduate, he studied Finance at the University of Texas at Austin. His college rock band (now on hiatus) played numerous music festivals, including SXSW, and was featured in The Village Voice.
